24hoursstresscontrol

The key to reframing is to recognize that there are many ways to interpret the same situation.  (i.e a situation such as : is the glass half full or half empty). Learn to get rid of negative thoughts or feelings that can result in stress. There are three simple things you can do.

1.         Speed more time focusing on the positive things in your life. Accentuate the positive
2.         Speed less time thinking negatively. Eliminate the negative.
3.         Enjoy each moment. Latch on to the affirmation. For example, if you are involved in an accident, you might choose to thank God that you escaped with only minor injuries. You could have been killed; or you could have been paralyzed. You could have been in a coma and become a metal vegetable. Another way rationalized is to believe in coincidences and what they can do.

Avoid negative thoughts of powerlessness, dejection, failure, and despair. Chronic stress makes us vulnerable to negative suggestion. learn to focus on positives.
-           Focus on your strengths.
-           Learn from the stress you are under.
-           Look for opportunities in the stressful situation.
-           seek out the positive, make a change.
